Meet the Baker: Holly Thedford

I’m Holly Thedford, the hands and heart behind Peace Pastries. I’m passionate about using my adoration for baking and cooking to bring people together.

While I mix the dough and craft the recipes, Peace Pastries is built on the generosity, encouragement, and dedication of the people God has placed around me—friends and family who show up early in the morning to help in the kitchen, track down equipment, and cheer me on every step of the way. God’s guidance, along with their support, is the foundation of everything I do.
